Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with www.egprint.net. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon order processing.

Product Information
Most egprint.net products displayed at the Site are available while supplies last.
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change without any notice from egprint.net
Colors
Egprint.net is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by your customers. Screen proofs only predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Electronic proofs do not show color change from RGB to CMYK, therefore they cannot be used as color proofs. Any files submitted in RGB automatically will have a color issue with the final product, therefore do not qualify for a claim. Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors.
Indemnify
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold egprint.net harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Problems with orders.
Please
inspect all orders on arrival. If there is a problem with your order
you have 48 hours to file a customer service ticket to get your orders
reprinted. There are no refunds due to all orders being custom made. We will reprint your order if we determine the error to be ours.
Miscellenious
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent egprint.net products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting egprint.net's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by egprint.net from its offices in Miami, Florida.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, County of Dade.
Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or egprint.net. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. egprint.net also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in egprint.net's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or egprint.net, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

Taxes
www.egprint.net shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within FL. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, www.egprint.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.egprint.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.egprint.net shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |

Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether www.egprint.net. signs them or not. www.egprint.net. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. All Printed material is subject to a 10% over under run. These means, any product ordered from our web site or via electronic mail is allowed to be 10% under the original quantity. Egprint is not responsible for any miss-cut or miss-folded orders, which do not follow our templates.Please note all orders may be trimmed up to 1/8" shorter than size ordered.

Local Delivery
We deliver to a 50 mile radius from our Miami location. A $5 processing fee will apply to delivery orders placed through egprint.net. The delivery charge is a processing fee not a fuel charge. Therefore any delivery cancellation wll not be credited. We only attempt to deliver once to your location, if the party is not present the box will be held for pick up at our office. Egprint will not deliver to a private community,residential address or your client. The delivery schedule is as follows: Monday,Wednesday,Friday-Broward County. Tuesday & Thursdays-Miami-Dade County.In order for your job to be delivered it has to be done the day prior to the delivery date. Egprint does not guarantee any delivery date or time.Please call for more information on our schedules.

TURNAROUNDS
Next business day turnaround is only valid for 1000 orders printed on 14pt with UV. Order placed on egprint.net before 3:00 pm eastern, will be ready the next day before 7:00PM. Any job with a problem will not fall within this turnaround. All orders placed on egprint.net after 3:00pm eastern will be processed the nest business day. All 14pt orders with UV on both sides are a standard 2 business days. 14Pt Orders with UV 1 side take 3-5 days and lastly NON UV Products take 5-7 days. All die cut jobs take longer than the standard printing turnaround.

OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Mon-Thursday and 9:00AM -6:00PM EST on Fridays.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may not be canceled or refunded once they have gone into production or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been Plated or any process thereafter, including but not limited to Printing, Coating, and / or Finishing.
Egprint is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to the customer mistake. To cancel an order you must first call to see if it is possible then follow up with a email. Failing to follow up with an email or just email and not calling before will not ensure cancellation of an order. Orders that require a refund at subject to a $5.00 Administrative fee.
