Yes, just simulate placing an order. Once youve got your price make sure to clear your cart if you do not wish to place the order at that time.
Yes, due to the process in which that plastic is applied it tends to have tiny bubble marks. Usually this marks are more noticeable in darker colors.
All files should be submitted in jpeg or tiff format. All files must be 300dpi and CMYK. Any file not supplied in CMYK will not qualify for any claims due to color issues.

Yes clients can use there ups account.You must provided us with the label via email or attached when you place the order together with your end of day. Failure to send end of day will result in a lost package which EGPrint is not reasonable for.
Once orders have entered the In Process step on the website, it is to late to cancel or put on hold. If the order is still in NEW status please call and speak with a representative to put the order on hold, and then follow up with a email. Egprint is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to the customer mistake.

When creating a Spot UV job, You must include a Spot UV template file along with the regular full color file. The Spot UV template file is used to show where the UV will be placed. Use 100% K to indicate where you would like the UV. White will indicate no UV.Click Here For Example
Files submitted are printed HEAD to HEAD as-is based off your files. Make sure to set up your files so that when we print them HEAD to HEAD the final product will read the way you would like. Also, front and back files need to be set up either both sides vertically or both sides horizontally.Click Here For Example For files not properly set up, EGPrint will use best judgment and will not be responsible for improper rotation.
1000 14Pt UV 2 Side orders successfully uploaded before 3pm EST will be ready the next business day. Any order placed after 3PM EST will not qualify, or any orders with file problems.
To check your order status you must first log into your account. Once you have successfully logged in click on the icon, which corresponds to your order number. Once you have clicked on the icon an invoice will come up. In that invoice you will find the order status in the comments area located on the bottom. Order update should include ready date , time and tracking number if applicable.
Egprint has done its best to provided you with the most common sizes . If you have a size which is not listed, just go to the size in which your order fits in. EX: If you have a 5.5x8.5 you would select 6x9 and request for the job to get cut to size, in the comment box provided on step 3.
